Philip established Addison Estate Agency, a new venture aimed at bringing a fresh, customer-focused approach to the property market in the local area. With over 20 years of experience in the estate agency industry, Philip spent 18 years dedicatedly working at the same esteemed firm, where he honed his skills and built a stellar reputation for loyalty, hard work, and integrity. In his spare time, Philip enjoys playing football, despite humorously admitting that he doesn't know much about the sport.

Charlotte Charman

Meet Charlotte, the powerhouse behind Philip and the true backbone of the company and household. With nearly twenty years of face-to-face and over-the-phone customer service under her belt, Charlotte brings a level of brilliance that's hard to match. She effortlessly juggles the demands of supporting our business while keeping the household running smoothly. Her exceptional communication skills and unwavering dedication make her an indispensable part of our team.

Alexis Charman

Introducing Alexis, the latest (unofficial) team member, Philip's teenage daughter. August Charman

Meet August, the youngest member of the Addison Estate Agents family. At just under one year old, August brings a unique charm and energy to the team. Known for his happy and smiley demeanor, he’s always ready to brighten up the room with his infectious giggles. Remarkably, August has already surpassed his dad in the hair department, boasting a full head of hair, much to his dad’s despair. August is incredibly social and loves being around people, spreading joy wherever he goes. While he may not be closing deals just yet, his gorgeous smile and delightful personality make him an integral part of our team. Interestingly, the name “Addison” holds a special place in our hearts. When choosing names, we had decided that if August were a girl, she would be named Addison. Now, this company has become our baby, embodying the care, passion, and dedication we would have given to a little Addison. August reminds us all of the importance of a positive attitude and the simple joys in life.
